The Art of Team Travel

Professional sports travel is organized chaos. Over my nine seasons with the Orlando Magic, I designed and systemized the team's full suite of travel gear, including custom backpacks, duffels, luggage, bag tags, color-coded organizational systems, and locker plates for visitor rooms across the league. Every piece was designed to look sharp walking to the team plane or into an arena, but the real goal was operational: make sure every player and staff member had exactly what they needed, exactly when they needed it, with nothing left behind. When you're moving an entire NBA roster from city to city throughout a grueling season, the details in the bag matter just as much as the details on the court.
