Equipment Room, Locker Room, & Operational Environments

During my tenure with the Orlando Magic, I had the opportunity to work alongside architects and project teams on the design of a completely new facility. As the person who lived in that equipment room every single day, I brought a perspective no architect could: what the space actually needed to function at a professional level and what it needed to feel like one. I drove the design of the facility equipment room, making decisions around layout, storage systems, workflow, and the aesthetic details that make a space feel intentional rather than just functional. That same eye carried into the locker rooms at both the practice facility and the arena, where every detail was considered with one goal in mind: giving players an environment where they could walk in, lock in, and focus on the game. When the space works, the team works.
